Frequently Asked Questions
I need a username and password to edit a listing.
Your User ID and Temporary Password (case sensitive) was provided in a recent fax
sent to your company. (If you did not receive the fax, e-mail
kbovo2@reedbusiness.com and include your company name and booth number of
the listing you wish to edit. A User ID and Password will be sent within 24 hours).
From the home page of http://lvshowguide.jckonline.com, click on "Edit a Listing".
Once you are logged in, if you are listed in both the JCK Las Vegas Show Guide and
JCK Jewelers'' Directory (with the same User ID), you will be prompted to choose a site. Be sure to
choose the JCK Las Vegas Show Guide.
I forgot my password
Click "Edit a Listing". Enter your User ID and then “Forgot Password”. It will be
sent to you if you are a registered user with a valid email ID. If your User ID
is not a valid email address, then email kbovo2@reedbusiness.com
I want to change my User ID and Password
Once you log-in, use the Quick Link Options on the first page of your account and
choose Customer Profile. On LH side of your profile in red, you will see
the option of Change User ID.
How many categories may I list?
For the basic free listing, you may choose 5 categories. If you purchase an Enhanced
Package, you may choose 10 categories.
How many product shots may I upload?
For the basic free listing, you may upload 2 product shots. If you purchase an Enhanced
Package, you may upload up to 10 product shots, a product slide show, multi-media,
your company logo and other pdfs. Images are for Online Show Guide only - they will not appear in the print edition.
What format and size should my product images be?
All product images should be at least 72 dpi resolution in JPG file. Size: 250W
x 250D pixels.
How do I confirm or make changes to my listing?
From the home page of http://LVshowguide.jckonline.com
Click on "Edit my Listing" and Enter your User ID and Temporary Password (case sensitive)
provided in the recent fax sent to your company. First click on Start Building and check all sections of your listing.
If no changes are necessary, on the RH side of the page under “Quick Links”, click on “No Changes”.
You will receive a confirmation message and then you may log out.
Company Info Tab - Click on Edit and carefully check your listing.
Make the necessary changes, click Save and then Skip to Next.
Categories Tab – Review the categories previously selected. For the basic
free package you have 5 selections. To add a new product category, use the drop
down menu provided on the Product Line. Once you choose a section, a selection of
categories will be offered. Choose your category, and be sure to hit save. When
finished with the categories, click Skip to Next.
Company Description Tab – Add or edit a company description of 25 words.
Click save and then Skip to Next.
Products Tab – For the basic free package, you may upload 2 Product Images.
Images should be 72 dpi resolution in JPG file. Size: 250W x 250D pixels. Images will appear in Online Show Guide only - they will not appear in the print edition.
Finished? – You will see a red line "Finished? – Submit all Pending Items
for Approval". You must click on Submit to have your listing approved for
both the print Show Guide and OnLine Show website. If your User ID is a valid e-mail,
you will receive a confirmation by email within 72 hours if your listing has been
approved. If your User ID is not a valid e-mail, we strongly recommend you change
your User ID. See directions above.
Cross References – if you have Cross Reference accounts that have been previously
approved by Reed Exhibition, on the Quick Link Options select Edit another Company.
Your Cross Reference menu will appear. Be sure to submit any changes for these companies.
If you no longer require a particular Cross Reference, you MUST send an e-mail
to kbovo2@reedbusiness.com and request
the removal of the Cross Reference. Otherwise, Cross References will be listed as
is.
How many times can I make a change to my listing?
You may edit your listing as often as you like; however, to have your changes appear
in the official print JCK Las Vegas Show Guide they must be entered BEFORE March
25, 2008.
I want to remove a Cross Reference listing
If you no longer require a particular Cross Reference, you MUST send an e-mail
to kbovo2@reedbusiness.com and request
the removal of the Cross Reference.
How may I request a Cross Reference listing?
You must contact your Reed Exhibition Sales Rep for approval. Your Rep will then
email
Kathie Bovo with the approved request and a listing will be entered.
How do I know my listing has been corrected?
If your User ID is a valid email, you will receive an email confirmation within
72 hours of the submitted changes. You may also check your Storefront at
http://LVshowguide.jckonline.com Remember changes will appear within 72
hours.
What is the deadline for the Print Show Guide?
All listing information must be entered BEFORE MARCH 25TH to appear in the official
print JCK Las Vegas Show Guide. Note: JCK Magazine cannot be responsible
for non-responding exhibitors, late booth changes and/or assignments and reserves the right to
edit information submitted.
Is there a word limit for the Company Description?
Yes, for a main company exhibitor listing – 25 words. A Cross Reference listing
publishes a generic company description referring the viewer to the main company
exhibitor listing.
What is an ENHANCED LISTING?
JCK’s Enhanced Listing allows you to customize your listing so that you stand out
from the crowd. Make certain retailers have the information they need, and can see
the products you offer when they’re looking to buy. As part of the Enhanced Package
you’ll receive:
- 10 Product Categories
- Ability to upload 10 Product Photos
- Ability to upload a 10 Product Slide Show
- Ability to upload Company logo
- Ability to upload Multi-media Link
- Ability to upload additional resource links
The following features allow you to stand out from the crowd in all Exhibitor
Searches:
- Your Company along with other Enhanced Listings will sort to the top
in all searches
- Your Company contact information will appear on the Search Page
- Three product images will appear next to your company information
on the search page
- Your products along with others will rotate throughout the site.

You Control Your Listing:
It is the responsibility of all Las Vegas Exhibitors to add or update information for
their listing which will be published in both the JCK Las Vegas Show Guide (print) and JCK Show Website.
All information will be pulled from the Exhibitors submissions (with the exception of booth numbers).
If listings are not updated by exhibitor, information will be published as it appears in our database.
(JCK cannot be responsible for non-respondents, late booth changes and/or assignments and reserves the
right to edit information submitted.) Free Images are for Online Show Guide only - they will not appear in the print edition. To advertise, contact your JCK sales representative.
